The Programme is designed for organisations and teams over an ongoing monthly engagement. The Accelerator is built for individuals — combining personal 1-on-1 coaching with small-group cohort workshops. It's more personal, more hands-on, and designed to deliver immediate results you can build on over time.

You start with a Personal AI Focus Session where we map your biggest opportunities. Then you join a small cohort of fellow business owners for hands-on group workshops where you build real workflows together. Along the way, you get private 1-on-1 check-ins to refine your AI toolkit and keep momentum going. It's an ongoing programme — not a fixed course — so you keep learning and building as long as it's delivering value.

Most participants identify 5–10 hours of weekly time savings within the first few sessions by automating repetitive tasks and building smarter workflows. You'll build a personal AI toolkit — proven prompts, custom assistants, and workflows — that grows with you as the programme continues.

The group workshop is deliberately small — a handful of business owners, not a conference room of strangers. You'll be working on real tasks from your own business, not generic exercises. And because participants tend to be from different industries, you often pick up ideas from seeing how someone in a completely different field solved a similar problem. It's one of the parts participants consistently say surprised them most.

We focus on the tools most relevant to your specific workflow rather than teaching a fixed curriculum. That said, most participants work with ChatGPT (including custom GPTs), Claude, and NotebookLM as core tools. We also introduce specialist tools where they're the right fit — for example, a business owner with a large library of existing content might use NotebookLM to build a searchable knowledge base; another might focus on building a custom GPT loaded with their brand voice to speed up marketing content. The Personal AI Focus Session at the start ensures the tools we teach are the ones that'll actually save you time.
